Spencer Machine & Tool offers machining capabilities done by our highly qualified machinists. The specialized equipment that Spencer utilizes can do nearly any job needed.

One of the equipment that Spencer operates often is a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) 5” boring mill that has a travel table capable of holding up to 12.5 tons. Spencer has acquired a brand new lathe that can swing out to 60” at a length of 20’ with a 9.5” hole-through spindle. Other CNC equipment includes a Bridgeport mill and a Kent machining center that is designed for specialized work. Spencer also has a surface grinder, a radial arm drill press and overhead cranes that can lift up to 20 tons.

Spencer Machine & Tool prides itself in the work they do for the local quarries in the area. Very large equipment such as stone crushers and loaders are used to break up and haul soil, rock or stone and often incur damage. Spencer has the capabilities to repair these types of equipment that others can’t. “We can do the big work,” Glenn Spencer says.
